No complimentary breakfast. No free wifi. TV had just a few channels and the pictures were mostly blurry. The room key is outdated. The general aesthetics of the hotel needs an urgent upgrade. Overall, the hotel is average.

QAMet good customer service from everyone. Do appreciate the effort made by all to make my stay comfortable.
Lack of lift for disabled person. Though it’s not something I needed however, this should be revisited to ensure every customer need is met.
