Hotel Arsh Palace

Worst place to stay. Very unhygienic, dirty and sick place. Won't recommend to anyone

I recently had one of the worst experiences in a very long time at ARSH Palace. This establishment does not resemble a hotel or guesthouse but rather feels like a cramped and poorly maintained space. The room was incredibly small, and basic services were completely lacking. There was no room service, not even a complimentary water bottle provided. Adding to the disappointment, I had specifically requested an extra bed, but the staff outright refused, stating that I could cancel the booking and leave if I wasn’t satisfied. This response was especially distressing as I was traveling with elderly parents and leaving at that point was not a viable option. I would strongly advise against booking this hotel under any circumstances. It was a truly terrible place to stay, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Avoid at all costs!

The place lacked even the most basic amenities, and the staff's behavior was shockingly rude and unprofessional. It was a horrible experience from start to finish. I cannot comprehend how this property was approved and listed on Booking.com, as it does not meet any acceptable standard of hospitality.
