l'emplacement de l'hôtel, situé à 6 minutes en voiture du centre ville d'Alès. Le parking, grand et gratuit;

peu d'éclairage dans la chambre, sommier taché, chambre propre mais sans plus. Petit déjeuner passable, pas bcp de choix.

Je suis venu ici depuis 4 ans cette annee catastrophe !!!chambre sale mauvais odeur dessus de lit taché que se passe t il???la receptionniste pas sympathique bref decu pourtant les autres annees c etait bien

La chambre catastrophique et le manque de professionnalisme de la personne du petit dejeuner

J'ai apprécié la personne qui m'a accueillie samedi à la réception et qui a su répondre à mes attentes par rapport à mes problèmes de santé.Il a pu me proposer une chambre au rez de chaussée malgré l'affluence de la féria d'Alès.Je le remercie beaucoup.

Je n'ai pas du tout apprécié la personne que j'ai eu au téléphone pour demander une chambre au rez de chaussée... Elle parlait mal le français...et ne savait répéter qu'une chose.... c'est complet... c'est complet.. elle n'était absolument pas à l'écoute de ce que je souhaitais..A la suite de cela j'ai envoyé 2 mails à l'établissement pour réitérer ma demande et n'ai jamais eu de réponse.

"À revoir c’est bien dommage"

L’emplacement, matelas confortable, réceptionniste très sympathique, grand parking

Le ménage dans la salle de bain inexistant, deguelasse. C’est le réceptionniste qui est venu le faire et heureusement sinon je repartais direct. Il faut vraiment former le personnel de ménage !
