"No internet for 2 days, postponing and slacking."

Only the location

Told them beforehand (in the booking) that I needed internet connection (which is a basic need in every hotel) because I had an online exam, they just told me It would get fixed soon and were postponing their duties, I had to buy an internet SIM as a compensation for their unprofessional service, and btw I waited 2 days and they didn’t fix it.
