Cordialità del gestore e posizione.

I bagni obsoleti. Cuscini troppo duri.

Stayed for one night. Free parking. Very polite and nice staff. Replaced the refrigerator, which did not work, despite our late arrival. Very good restaurant with a large selection of very tasty pizza, practically on the premises. Excellent breakfast for a 3* hotel in Italy. There is something to compare with )))

The room smelled of tobacco, which was very noticeable at night. We didn't bother the staff, as we left early. Booking should provide a choice of non-smoking rooms. There is not a single hook for towels in the bathroom!

Self check in.

Bathroom was full of defects and a lot of things were broken. Also, the sheets had wholes, both sheet cover and pillow case. Even though self check is a good thing, it was not indicated where is my room and I had to call the emergency number to tell me. They were helpful but they could have left indications where is since it was in another building.

Renovated room, very comfortable bed, friendly staff, big parking.

Thin walls, so it can get a bit noisy. There was no toilet seat in my bathroom, but I havent seen one in local restaurants and bars also, so I guess it is normal in this part of Italy :)
