Sehr schönes Hotel außerhalb Arosa. Traumhafte Aussicht. Super Essen und Frühstückbuffet. Nettes Personal. Sehr sauber, kann man nur empfehlen.

Location

Incredibly poor value- especially during October off season in Arosa. The room was unattractive with worn out and outdated furniture, poor quality linens, 30year old decor, no amenities, cheap plastic flooring in the bathroom… the list could go on! The personnel were also entirely inadequate (poorly trained) and verging on rude- zero sense of hospitality or professionalism. It’s so disappointing to see how much this hotel has declined over the years. The restaurant was equally sub-standard with poor quality products (especially at breakfast!) and a mediocre wine list.

Sehr sympathisches von der Inhaberfamilie geführtes Hotel. Neu renovierte Zimmer mit einem guten Standard. Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Speziell zu erwähnen ist die sehr gute gute, vom Junior Chef geführte Küche.
