Kein Wasserkessel/keine Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer, Innenpool eher kühl, Saunen und Hammam oft nicht in Betrieb.

Zimmer recht gut ausgestattet, kl. Kühlschrank, aber kein Wasserkessel. Bequemes Bett, Sofa und Stuhl, Schreibtisch, Balkon. Ruhig obwohl die Hauptstrasse in der Nähe verläuft.Personal an der Rezeption freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wifi zumeist gut. Frühstück sehr reichhaltig, Hotel-Restaurant Azzuro am Strand empfehlenswert.

Innen-Pool war recht kühl, Saunen und Hammam oft nicht in Betrieb.

Prijatno osoblje, udoban krevet, odlična hrana.

Sitnice, ali ipak s obzirom na cijenu bilo bi lijepo obratiti pažnju da se obriše prašina sa svih površina u sobi, teretana jako mala i ograničenog pristupa, i neobično mi je da parking vani ne može da se asfaltira vec je makadamski.

Great location—close to the city and the beach, which made everything very convenient. Daily housekeeping was a nice touch and kept everything clean and comfortable. One thing that really stood out was a lovely, friendly lady in the dining area. She was always smiling and genuinely helpful, making a big difference to the overall experience. I can’t remember her name, but she was often around the reception or dining area.

Overall, our 6-night stay was disappointing and did not meet expectations, apart from the convenient location close to the city. There were several issues throughout our stay. Many staff members had limited English, which made communication difficult. On two occasions, staff in the dining area were a bit rude to my 5-year-old son—one of them appeared to be a manager/wearing black top who was not welcoming and never smiled. The food was another major concern. The menu was very repetitive with minimal changes each day. After a few days, it became difficult to find anything enjoyable to eat, so I would not recommend this hotel for longer stays. In the room, even basic amenities like water bottles, tooth brush,tooth paste were not provided and had to be purchased ( i have brought from outside). Maintenance was poor—our door card stopped working once had to change, and the safety box failed due to a dead battery. We were also supposed to have a extra sofa bed, but instead, two mattresses were simply placed on top of each other to create a small makeshift bed, which was uncomfortable and not suitable for proper use. Temperature control in the room was another issue. We could not adjust it ourselves and had to contact reception each time. Even then, the room remained too hot, and we had to keep the balcony door open at night, which was uncomfortable, especially with a child. Facilities were also lacking. Only one small lift was working during our entire stay, barely fitting 3–4 people, while the other lift remained out of order and did not seem to be repaired. The spa jet was broken for about a month, and several facilities such as the kids’ aqua park and outdoor pools were not functioning. It felt like these were not maintained during the off-season. Dining was often stressful, as staff stopped refilling food trays before the official closing time, leaving limited options even if you arrived within service hours. Overall, this was a frustrating experience.

Great value for money. Hotel has a great location. Rooms are nicely decorated with comfortable beds. They even gifted us a free dinner.
