"Definitely not 4* hotel experience. The hotel felt old and tired."

Breakfast. Room service.

the room smelled of stale cigarettes. the carpets looked dirty. the bathroom door was broken and didn’t close or lock. my contact lens case and toothbrush disappeared which was inconvenient. Disappointing that the airport pick-up is not complimentary and is expensive.
