Classy and quiet. The location and security are excellent. The staff were respectful and professional except for one tall lady (not the one with red hair) who does not speak Arabic and kept raising her eyebrows. She had a very serious face with zero smile and sounded angry and arrogant. Other than that, the rest of the team were wonderful. The rooftop restaurant is great, and the rooms are new and beautifully designed. The price was reasonable. easonable.

• There was one front desk lady (tall, not the one with red hair) who appeared angry and arrogant in her communication. She didn’t speak Arabic, kept raising her eyebrows, and had a very unfriendly attitude. This was the only negative experience with the staff. • The Turkish Hammam was not the best. The Ethiopian lady was exceptional, very classy, friendly, professional, and truly relaxing. However, the other staff were not very skilled in the lifa scrub, and the overall experience felt below expectations. • We also found it uncomfortable that the men’s and women’s areas were not fully separated. This lack of separation created issues. • Unfortunately, we experienced two harassment incidents: 1. One from a guest from Duhok in the mixed pool (he was with his friend but his friend was respectful and polite) 2. Another from a Kuwaiti guest while we were taking photos near the mirror in the hallway by our room. These incidents made us feel unsafe, and we believe the hotel should improve separation, monitoring, and security in shared areas.
