"Bad experience, I don't recommend this staying in,"

Acceptable size for the room, close stores and restaurants

Bad experience. room smell bad, Late check in, asked to remove alcohol from my room, but they didn't until asked again, no central AC, far from downtown. not Qibla direction in the room, small elevator, mentioned Parking included but it wasn't, TV didn't work

Very nice place. Clean, and well maintained. Large room, with a kitchenette. Great service. Got a free upgrade without asking. All staff were very friendly and supportive. And good location in the middle from Ainkawa, Erbil.

not much, but some cereals for breakfast would be nice
