I stayed at this hotel for two nights and was very disappointed. In my opinion, this is definitely not a 5-star hotel, but at most a 3-star hotel. The hotel and the furniture look old and outdated. What bothered me the most was that the pillows smelled unpleasant. The bed covers and bedding were also old and in poor condition. I will definitely never stay at this hotel again.

Breakfast was excellent, good selection of suits different tastes, local and international, fresh bakery, cheese, egg, pancake and waffle, tea, coffee, Juice Staff was very polite and helpful, early check in (more than 3 hours), and later check out (almost two hours) Thank you

The price advertising was inaccurate, they advertise in US$, but their card payment system accept Iraqi Dinar only, and when they convert, they don't use the official exchange rate, they use the local market rate, which makes you lose around 15%. I am not sure if it is booking.com or the hotel, but this should be fixed
