Very nice ambiance.

Far from City. if you are coming as a tourist or someone with out own car or vehicle then may be bit far from city and nothing is available around this hotel

Close to airport . Away from city traffic. Spacious rooms .

Food was average . We wanted local jowar roti but disappointed that was not available

They gave us packed breakfast - fruits and sandwiches as we had to leave early . Very professional.

Route to reach the place was under construction so a bit difficult to find at night.

My recent stay at Ananth The Grand was marred by an unfortunate incident involving a lost item. After checking out, I discovered that my Apple AirPods were left behind in the room. Upon contacting the hotel, I was initially met with assurance from the staff that the situation would be addressed promptly. However, it became apparent that a delay and miscommunication occurred in the process of retrieving my lost item. The hotel staff's response to the situation was less than satisfactory, as there seemed to be a lack of urgency and decisive action in addressing the issue. Despite my efforts to convey the urgency of the matter, it appeared that the gravity of the situation was not fully recognized. Additionally, the tracking of my AirPods led to the disconcerting revelation that they had been taken off the hotel premises. Ultimately, after persistent follow-ups, the hotel did manage to recover and return the AirPods; however, the overall handling of the situation and the delay in resolution were disappointing. It is evident that there were lapses in the hotel's internal processes and an apparent lack of immediate and effective action when faced with such incidents. The experience has left me with a sense of unease and raised concerns about the hotel's responsiveness and security measures. I hope that Ananth The Grand will take this feedback constructively and implement measures to prevent such incidents from recurring in the future.
