We were very pleasantly surprised by this hotel! It was unassuming as we pulled in and on a rocky road but it is quaint quiet - a nice little pool and jacuzzi with jets, and it is away from the busy road and nightlife so we could rest at night. the best part is the extremely accommodating and friendly staff. Especially Dianna! She arranged for our luggage storage, early check in breakfast to go. She also helped with rides and information…It was a very good experience for our day in Hermosa!

It met our needs. We did find a broken chair and some missing dishes but this was not concerning to us. And they gave us what we needed when we mentioned it.

Great value for the price. A lovely breakfast in the morning. Yanni was a wonderful receptionist and host during our overnight stay. Very clean facility!

Not much.

On arriving, the reception was rude and unaccommodating. The property was not clean and the rooms were interconnected with a lockout door between rooms where you could hear everybody in the other rooms. It was not clean and the beds were not comfortable.

It is not located in Jaco which was where we searched- it is a 15 minute drive which was disappointing. Breakfast was good, staff was very friendly.

The location is Playa Hermosa not actually Jaco, we did not want to drive there after having a couple of drinks so just stayed at the hotel
