Jinja Grand Hotel

The place is very nice and in a great location. The staff are very helpful and caring. They also cook amazing breakfast! :) 100% recommended!

The place is indeed clean and staff are very responsive and welcoming.

The place is neither Grand or 5 star I would rate rate it as 1 Star. It a very tiny little place next to a very noisy road and a Primary School. The breakfast was ridiculous, basically fried potatoes and a fried egg with milk and hot water.

Tidy rooms, they provided drinking water, toothbrushes and toothpaste in the room.

It’s a clean and small guesthouse near jinja town with friendly people. Good place to sleep for a a visit in Jinja. Breakfast is big and good.

A little space, and too few chairs to enjoy the breakfast. Too much noise in the hotel garden, it kept on beyond midnight. Internet was slow or like zero in the rooms most away from the reception

Poor WiFi in my room Noise in the garden one night. Could not sleep. By midnight we need silence!

All good and very friendly and helpful staff! They have also the Wifi and you can pay with credit card. We easy to check-in. Recommended!

Jinja Grand Hotel is located in an area that is easily accessible. It is easy to get the transport providers to take you to the place. I loved their rooms and staff. The team was quite hospitable. It was actually like a home away from home.

The property has a very caring and helpful Manager called Hellen.Always goes out of her way to attend to the clients.

Wish they could install Air Cobditioning Systems in the Rooms as it get pretty hot .
