Die Lage ist optimal. Die Dame an der Rezeption war außergewöhnlich hilfsbereit.

Restaurant Küche hatte am gewöhnlichen Tag bereits um 19:00 Uhr geschlossen. Die Notversorgung mit Fish and Chips war katastrophal Die Saunaanlagen waren zur versprochen Zeit um 14:00 Uhr nicht in Betrieb, keine Getränke und zu wenig Handtücher im Spa Bereich Keine gesicherte Gepäckaufbewahrung am Tag der Abreise nach Checkout Das teilweise freundliche Personal war sehr verunsichert

Meerblick, durchweg Gutes Essen

SPA Bereich nicht ansprechend gestaltet, viel zu klein und kalt Nur eine Person war aufrichtig freundlich und gut gelaunt bei der Sache. Alle anderen wirkten überarbeitet, desinteressiert oder genervt.

Alles. Tolle Zimmer. Herrliche Lage. Der Frühstücksraum ist genial. Das Frühstück super. Traumhafter Blick auf die Wattseite.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Jammern auf hohem Niveau. Schwimmbadfenster überholungsbedürftig.

Die Lage ist top! Das Frühstücksbuffet ist gut

Die Sauberkeit in der gebuchten Junior Suite ließ zu Wünschen übrig. Haare im Bad und Schmutz unter dem Bett. Am Abreisetag ging die Fähre um 07:30. Frühstück erst ab 08:00 ist kein guter Service. Hierüber wurden wir bei Anreise nicht aufmerksam gemacht. Für einen Gin (Monkey) Tonic 29,50 zu verlangen ist eine Frechheit, da fühlt man sich über den Tisch gezogen.
