Все сподобалось. Територія готелю велика, чиста та зелена, багато квітів. Персонал готелю дуже привітний, та виконує свою роботу на всі 100%. Готельний номер був чистий, в якому прибирали кожен день. Їжа та напої смачні, дуже різноманітний вибір. Є розваги як для дорослих так і для дітей. Територія пляжу також чиста та дуже простора, є зона для курців та зона з дітьми.

Sehr schöne, grosszügige Hotelanlage, sauber und gepflegt! Wunderbare Buffets bei allen Mahlzeiten. Vielseitiges Angebot mit Freizeitaktivitäten. Das "Ultra All Inclusive & Kids" wirbt für Familien mit Kindern. Auch als Paar ohne Kids fühlten wir uns sehr wohl.

This is not a 5-star hotel, but rather a 3-star hotel. The rooms are outdated, and the resort is quite small compared to others. The food was poor, and the desserts were just as bad—they had no flavor. There is no need to buy expensive ingredients; you simply need to replace the chef or teach them how to cook. The bed also has a very firm mattress, which caused me back pain during my stay. The lobby looks nice and modern, and it was probably renovated. The exterior of the resort appears well maintained, but the rooms definitely need renovation. Fortunately, I only stayed for two nights, and I will certainly not be returning.
