Seven Seas Hotel Life - Ultra All Inclusive & Kids Concept

A kert gyönyörű, az étel választék nagy, az ételek jók. A park kisebb, mint a képek alapján gondoltam, de most, október végén nem volt sehol zsúfoltság. A személyzet nagyon barátságos, folyamatosan rendet tartanak.

Facilities were well organised with a lot of options for families and kids. This was the second time we stayed at the hotel

The kids restaurant was moved to another area and we enjoyed more when it was attached to the main restaurant. Also the beach area was not well organised as all the sun beds were always taken even before 8 am making impossible for us to have a place in the first row. Clients should not be allowed to leave their towels for hours without using the facilities. Moreover the Italian Mexican restaurant were always busy and we managed to get a table only the evening before we travelled back home

I liked that this hotel exceeded my expectations. I was very skeptical and didn't expect much. What I saw on photos - I thought it will be some old design hotel. But actually it was pretty decent. I also thought that the rating was artificial, and probably partly it is, but in the end everything is perfect. I also read some negative comments and was afraid about some aspects, but in the end all is good. Our main goal was to meet with our families (different ages from 0 to 75), which are dispersed around many countries. Our mission is successfully completed.

Coffee is a disaster. I didn't expect them to provide specialty baristas coffee. I just wanted to have some simple made cappuccino. But I don't know why, they do it very bad. Can you image - they don't tamper the shot, or they tamper with the glass =) And the size of espresso - is like an americano. Then they don't clean up the steaming tube, and when they steam milk - I cannot watch it. Why don't they buy some automatic machines? In Germany in any bakery you will get a better one coffee (but we all know how bad such coffee is, then you can image what they do in the hotel). Another bitter aspect - sometimes the dishwasher cleaner stays on the cups, and when you make a tea or coffee - you will have a very bad taste.

Les chambres sont spacieuses. La proximité avec la plage est agréable. Le buffet est bon mais un peu répétitif. Le personnel agréable.

La grande piscine est froide et il est difficile d’y aller en octobre. Mais il y en a une plus petite qui est chauffée mais à l’ombre.
