Islambek Khiva

Отель расположен в старом городе (памятник охраняемый ЮНЕСКО). В отеле симпатичная терраса. В номере удобные кровати (для тех, кто не любит слишком мягко))), холодильник, телевизор с пультом (не включали), кондиционер без пульта (поэтому тоже не включали))), чайник, 2 полотенца (геля и шампуня нет).

Номер перебронировала 2 раза, повышая комфортнотность с видом на город (с доплатой) и в итоге получаем номер с «окном» выходящим на внутреннюю лестницу. Пошла узнавать «почему так вышло». Мне пытались доказать, что у меня такая бронь, но в итоге поменяли. Мебель в номерах не то что «уставшая», она очень «уставшая». Завтрак непритязательный (яичница, растворимый кофе или чай, печенье «Мария», ну ещё чуть-чуть по мелочи)

歴史的建造物の中にホテルがあり、ロケーションがとてもよい。 スタッフの方々も丁寧でとても愛想がよかった。

充電をする箇所が少なかった点と浴室の電気が非常に弱かった。

All was great

This is a good hotel in great location. Inside the old walled city of Khiva it is only a short walk to all the sites. The hotel is also close to two of walled city’s gates The staff are friendly. The owner, who always appears to be at the front desk, speaks good English and was very helpful with bookings and other information. I stayed twice here within a 10 day period. Both my rooms were fine. They were spotlessly clean and everything worked. The decor is tired but so what. Strangely, in all my extensive travels in Central Asia this has been the only hotel not to provide free bottled water (in the room). I found this disappointing. The breakfast was also disappointing. Not expecting much but what was provided I thought was disappointing.
