The owner Mr. Murat is a gem of knowledge! He is super helpful and supportive and speaks fluently English. I really enjoyed my stay! Highly recommended!

L'ospitalità e la vicinanza al centro.

This is an excellent hotel connected to a local travel agency. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and its location was great. They helped organize a half-day walking tour of the city and I strongly recommend Umida as a guide. The staff was friendly and responsive and helped me with my laundry for a small fee.

The breakfast wasn't especially appealing but it was fine.

We used the hotel as basis for Khiva and for visits to the surrounding area and to the Aral lake (a very long drive but not to be missed, great adventure!). Murad, the owner of Islambek Travel did an excellent job of organizing our tours including our private transfers to Bukhara and Samarkand. Highly recommended!
