In the center. Good breakfast. Easy to reach everything inside and outside Itchan Kala. Rooms are clean.

Broken toilet. Really worn down bathroom. No dark curtains - the whole night the street lamp is shining through the window. Unnecessary wardrobe. Just make an upgrade to the bathroom and change the curtains and it will be better.

Hébergement très bien situé dans la vieille ville de Khiva, près de la porte Nord, dans un coin calme. La chambre était calme, assez grande. Le petit déjeuner était varié. La gare est à 25 minutes à pied.

La salle de bain est vieillissante et pourrait être mieux aménagée. Le ménage n'a jamais été fait en 3 jours. Le plus désagréable c'est les excursions proposées à mon arrivée (excursion pour 3 forteresses) mais qui finalement n'était pas pour moi puisque j'étais seule!

This hotel is located in a quiet area within the old city, so this makes sightseeing very easy. Overall it is a cheap accommodation but probably it is worth spending a little more for some basic amenities.

The room was very basic, much simpler than shown in the photos. The beds were uncomfortable, and there were no blackout curtains. Breakfast was limited, of poor quality, and only served between 8–10 AM. My room was on the ground floor, opening directly onto the entrance/atrium where guests had breakfast, which made it noisy and lacking privacy. The staff showed little sense of hospitality, spoke minimal English, and appeared uninterested in assisting tourists.

Auf Grund vom Teppichboden war der Boden nicht sauber.

Posizione ottima, all'interno delle mura, immerso nell'atmosfera magica di Khiva, colazione varia e buona, tè e caffè a disposizione degli ospiti in qualunque momento della giornata, spazio esterno a disposizione, staff in grado di soddisfare le richieste.

L'emplacement est vraiment interressant juste coté de la porte nord, donc avec moins de passage. L'endroit est calme et paisible, et à seulement minutes de marche du centre de ichan kala.

Attention paiement en liquide uniquement. Je n'avait pas prévue cela. Après ils ont été très conciliant j'ai pu retiré du liquide et payer le lendemain.
