Hotel Promenada Biznes & Wypoczynek

We stayed here for Zalew Borki parkrun, it was right near it, which was great. Breakfast finished st 10am, we rushed to get back from parkrun and made it with 10 minutes to spare. We had been told 10am and done, but they did allow us to stay and eat, we finished at 10.15. I think a 10:30am breakfast finish on a weekend would be better. The staff were nice, only the young waiter spoke English.

We were given a twin room, even though we reserved a double. Reception checked and gave us the last double. That decision could have cost my husband his life as he switched the kettle on and there was a loud bang and sparks and we lost electricity. The cable had expired wires and if he had touched them, he could have been electrocuted. More care on checking appliances is needed. We had to use the waiter to translate what had happened. It was unfortunate as it is a nice hotel, with nice staff. This was just our experience, but if we needed to stay in the area again, we would stay there.

Zapach w pokoju, zimno , brak działającej tv . Fatalna kawa, „wczorajsza „ sałatka , zamarznięte masło , w recepcji jedna pani ( starsza) bardzo miła zaś druga ( młodsza) bynajmniej . Ogólnie średnio. Miłe panie sprzątające, dobra i grzeczna obsługa baru
