View, room size (gigantic by any standard), staff (truly phenomenal and exceptionally kind), cleanliness, and whatever you do, don’t pass on the breakfast; it’s well worth the extra cost!

Nothing! Yes, there are stairs down to reception but this is Europe folks, pack your bags accordingly!
