La habitación con terraza y tumbona, el desayuno, la amabilidad del personal y la ubicación.

Hay gatos sueltos por el exterior y las terrazas del hotel y había algunas avispas en la terraza del desayuno.

Very friendly, helpful staff. The breakfast was fresh, every morning with quite a lot different choices. The location was also very quite, overlooking a bay. With few sand beaches in walking distance and also some hidden gems where only locals went.

The thing that put a „stain“ on our stay was the humidity in the room. When going to sleep it was hard to relax, because even the bed header got so much humidity that it gave up a smell

Pool area with bar/restaurant was fantastic. Breakfast very nice. Loved how many sun beds there are around the pool (so it was never too busy). All the staff were excellent.

Room was fine but will need updating soon, but this didn't detract form our experience because everything else was so good.

Unul dintre cele mai bune hoteluri la care am fost cazati. Curatenie exemplare, camere foarte spatioase si comfortabile, mic dejun exceptional, foarte variat si diferit zilnic. Personalul a fost de asemenea foarte dragut si atent. Ne-am dori sa mai revenim🫶🏻

!Warning! Book with caution! Dog abandonment and hotel refused to act! My husband and I were kept awake ALL NIGHT LONG by a dog barking incessantly in the next room from 6PM-4.30AM!!! We rung hotel reception every hour throughout the night and we were simply told the owners were at a wedding and that the hotel had rung them but they’d refused the staff entry to their room comfort the distressed dog or let it go to the toilet. Hotel reception were unapologetic, and annoyed at us for complaining!!! We had literally no sleep until 4.30AM when the owners finally returned! The hotel management repeatedly told us they’d done everything they could do but this is untrue. This was animal cruelty and the hotel enabled it. IF IT HAD BEEN MUSIC THEY WOULD HAVE CALLED THE POLICE OR FORCED ENTRY - SO WHY IS A DOG CAUSING NOISE DISTURBANCE ANY DIFFERENT? There are NO MANAGERS on site to handle complaints so we had to email our experience, with NO REPLY!!! It’s disgraceful that irresponsible and careless dog owners were prioritised over disturbed quiet and well behaved guests. Thalassa did not attempt to take action to apologise or respond to our email complaint. ***Stay at Celestial All Suites instead - we left to go there and had a wonderful time - the hotel is better in every sense from the gym to the pool and with friendly staff***
