Nuts Huts

After reading several reviews of Nuts Huts I felt it aligned with what I like on vacation - a bit of adventure and rustic living. The food and service were good. We took advantage of the massage and wood-fired sauna services also!

The stairs are a bit of a killer on arrival and I had a large suitcase. It's best to enter with a backpack of what you'll need for the time you're there. But I was aware of that ahead of time and wasn't disappointed. On departure, I paid 150 pesos to take a boat from their dock to the town where I was met with our rental car. I didn't expect the insulation between the rooms to be so thin. Although you hear great nature sounds, you'll also hear your neighbour's conversations.

Amazing fireflies by the river in the evening, delicious food in a restaurant amongst the trees, nature and lots of wildlife. The staff were amazing and it is located near lots of activities. Quite tricky to get to by car so get a motorbike or get some decent walking shoes. There are lots and lots and lots of steps but it is worth it!

The river and the views of nature is so beautiful but prepare for when the riverboat engines go along with many very confident and interesting renditions of karaoke classics. The boats are active between 11am-4pm if you wanna join the party or go out and about to do touristy stuff :)

Lovely helpful staff, incredible location. Great food and fun activities on offer, we recommend having taking the hike to Loboc town! Friendly owner.

Easily one of our favorite stays in Bohol mainland, get all the adventure of lobos river without the crowd The huts are beautiful as is the land, the kitchen serves amazing delicious foods and the staff is exceptionally friendly

Les escaliers pour aller des lodges à la terrasse principale et de la terrasse à tout en haut pr partir se balader… avec une chaleur et une humidité intense ils sont écrasants lol

Paradijselijke locatie aan de rivier. Vriendelijk personeel en zeer behulpzame gastheer ( Walter) Goede keuken met open restaurant met zicht op de rivier. Rustige, mooie lokatie !

Nuts Huts ligt aan de rivier en is vanuit het centrum met de boot goed te bereiken. Zonder 4wd via de weg ( 600 meter )niet te bereiken,met scooter wel. Ook moet je trappen kunnen lopen.

The road access is a bit complex. I recommend taking the boat when possible.
