"Great stay and amazing food, will definitely return!"

Great location if you plan to snowboard or ski, nice rooms and restaurant. Food in the restaurant is amazing.

The rooms aren’t so sound proof, would recommend bringing ear plugs with you to help sleep, as you can hear everything going on outside the room.

"Attitude and altitude"

Breakfast was of quality ingredients. Location is picture perfect.

Service was miserable. We were not made to feel welcome at all. Staff lacked passion. Go for dinner to experience the lovely location but do not stay over. Even then be careful with pushy sales to make you spend more.

the restaurants and staff were amazing, we will definitely come back. The location is unique, especially breakfast in the sun with our family was precious. The rooms are basic and beds are firm, but it made up for all the rest

beds are firm. We couldn't use the snowscooter on our return (only available before 9am and after 5pm), whereas our daughter was ill. this is something the hotel can't help, but something to take into account.

"Amazing stay and outstanding staff"

Amazing staff and great location if you want to go skiing in Arosa and be one of the first on the slopes. Food is good and their cheese selection amazing.

they could provide some soap or shampoo im the showers or at least in the rooms to take to the showers.
