Only good thing about the property was the hospitality from one person specifically, which was Carolina during my check-in.

Not worth your money, run away. Definitely not what you expect from a 4-star hotel, paying €170 per night in the off-season. Hospitality was really bad, they charged me €7 to rent a towel for just one hour after I had checked out not even a deposit, they CHARGED ME. I had literally just been a guest, and there was zero flexibility and they weren't friendly. For me, that says a lot about the level of hospitality and how they treat costumers. Breakfast was another disappointment. Because it was off-season, I had to pre-select what I wanted in advance, which was mostly ignored. What I actually received felt low quality and not at all what I’d expect from a hotel in this category. I also found the amenities quite average, again, not worth the money and not what you expect from a 4-star hotel. Personally, the whole experience felt lacking in attention to detail, flexibility, and genuine hospitality. I wouldn’t come back, and I don’t feel the hotel justifies either its rating or its price.

Hotel is very comfortable, large room, modern and clean. Excellent breakfast, parking is additional value.
