The room and all facilities in the room

The shower towal they gave us is small and uncomfortable to use. Staff at front reception do not give much service. As a foreigner, we do. Ot have korean phone number. They’re not willing to help us call for booking at any local restaurant or get taxi for us. What’s the point of having reception if they not going to do any of this? We’re really unhappy with the service. The only thing that we happy about is the room.

I loved the coffee station, I didn't eat breakfast.

My bathroom floor was dirty they hid it with the towel. The room was very dusty, and there was a cracked tile. The windows are very dirty, funny part booked the rom for the sea view. They should clean their windows inside and outside. It's as if they haven't been washed for a few years. lastly the room is good it needs maintenance, like the peeling frames by. the windows. they tried to make it up to me by allowing me two extra hours after check out.
