Como sempre a cordialidade dos funcionários, sempre muitos simpáticos e solícitos Café da manhã bom

Já fui várias vezes, mas dessa vez me decepcinei um pouco pois com relação a manutenção dos quartos, deixou muito a desejar. Ficamos nos quartos 101 e 107. Primeiramente não houve a atenção de colocar quartos próximos, como solicitado na reserva há 4 meses atrás. E depois, ambos os quartos com luzes queimadas e outros problemas. Descarga do sanitário e porta sem fechar no 107. No 101 televisão sem funcionar e luz principal queimada. Quando solicitei a manutenção às 18:30h, fomos informados que não havia ninguém para fazer a mesma.
