食事やスタッフの方の対応はとてもよかった。スキー場からも近かったので助かりました。コーヒーメーカーはとても満足でした。お風呂がとてもよかったです。

部屋はやや古く、傷、畳のスレなども気になりました。トイレも流れもややわるかったです。最近はTVはあまりみないので、せめてYoutubeがTVで見れるようにして欲しいのと、ネット回線はやや遅かったです。 食事会場はもう少し広くしてほしく、1時間では食事をたべきれませんでした。

Super hoe het hotel ondanks onze late reservering nog een zeer verzorgd vegetarisch ontbijt en diner heeft geregeld. Ook in het laagseizoen konden we zonder problemen gebruik maken van het warme zwembad en de onsen. De kamer was ruim en comfortabel, goed uitgerust. Het personeel was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De locatie in de bergen geeft een prachtig uitzicht.

大自然を体感できる、ナイトツアーや朝もやでの朝風呂。朝ご飯もクオリティ高く、美味しい内容であったこと。到着前のスタッフからの助言など。

Quiet- spacious rooms - beautiful surroundings - free shuttle van from Chino - all very thoughtful staff .

The hotel feels like it needs some investment in maintenance/ upgrade the furnishings - however all the staff did their very best and went the extra mile . No a la carte dinner option only set course ( expensive)
