We had a wonderful stay at Palmterrace in East Bali. Everything about this place is exceptional. The infinity pool is cleaned daily and overlooks a stunning valley of coconut trees, creating the most relaxing atmosphere. The bedrooms open up directly to the pool and the valley, giving breathtaking views at any time of day. The mornings here are unforgettable, with the sunrise appearing beautifully through the mountains—such a peaceful and calming way to start the day. The accommodation is spotlessly clean, thoughtfully designed, and equipped with a functional kitchen, making our stay very comfortable. One highlight was the massage experience—it was easily one of the best we’ve ever had, leaving us completely relaxed. The location is also great—just a 10-minute drive from Tirta Gangga, which makes it convenient to explore while still feeling tucked away in nature. It’s truly the best place for a peaceful family stay; serene, scenic, and a hidden gem in East Bali. Highly recommended for anyone looking for relaxation, natural beauty, and a memorable holiday!

The place has its own kitchen and a few food options that you can order. The only thing that you need to organise is food of your choice as its hard to get food delivered here. They have reasonable taxi drivers but you need to give them advance notice. Its not something to complain about, if you plan your days better

The best accomodation we had in Bali! Large villa with big sofa area, indoor bathtub and shower, but the outdoor shower was the highlight (beside the infinity pool which we had all for ourselves - great experience!). Would love to stay longer and would definitely like to come back 🤩

Superb location, so peaceful , away from the town. We booked the 2 bed villa, it was very clean, with comfy beds. Had a useful kitchen area with fridge. The villa was very spacious with amazing views. There is a large pool which was great The hotel does a breakfast for a small additional cost which had several choices and was good.

We knew before we went the location is out of the way, so just to warn people you need to use taxis booked by the hotel as Grab etc don't go there. This does add to the cost if going out to eat but the hotel was so amazing it was worth it.

Wauw, wat een prachtig uitzicht!! Zwembad fantastisch, geschikt voor gezinnen. Heel kindvriendelijk en top personeel. Hielpen ons zelfs met bagage toen we vroeg in de ochtend moesten vertrekken (5.30). Prima eten in het restaurant en je zit in mooi gebied, wat afgelegen maar makkelijk taxi te regelen via het hotel. Must visit: Wanna grill en Rimba. Aanbevolen!

Het ruikt niet helemaal fris bij binnenkomst (zal het lokale water zijn, vaker gehad) en het water bij de douche loopt niet zo goed weg. Verder vonden wij de foto’s mooier dan de accommodatie in het echt, maar dit alles zou ons niet tegenhouden er nogmaals te verblijven! Nog een tip: personeel de kamer even laten behandelen tegen insecten wanneer de schoonmaak wordt gedaan of in de avond. Deden we nu zelf, maar wanneer dit gedaan zou worden is de service helemaal “af” ;)

Best we ever stayed at! Fantastic villa, pool with a view, superb restaurant and amazing people. Small place of just 6 villas and rooms but definitely the best in Bali!
