Loved the location. Beautiful street and close enough to the Plaza de Armas. The San Blas district is definitely where you want to be (the inclines can just be pretty difficult with the altitude though!). The Backpackers itself was really nice. Really nice communal area with tea and coffee always going, and there's a receptionist on 24/7 who were always so helpful. We left our luggage there after our first stay to go in the Amazon, and then when we came back to stay again we left luggage again when we checked out as we had a night bus, and they were so easy both times! The day of our night bus, they said we could have a towel and shower anytime through the day if we wanted as well. Just so helpful. The included breakfast is also really good, even the smaller packed version for if you go on a morning tour. The creperie upstairs is also really good if you wanted to try more or have a proper coffee or something. We had 2 different private rooms our 2 stays and they were both great. Comfortable and cosy. The hostel is not a party hostel either, it was always pretty quiet. I guess most people were in the same boat of a lot of early pickups for tours.

The ensuite bathrooms are small (our 2nd room bathroom in particular) but honestly we've had smaller bathrooms in airbnbs around South America so for a hostel I think it's pretty good.

Meu único ponto é o café da manhã.. Para passeios que saem muito cedo, poderia ter uma opção salgada, nem que seja somente manteiga.. E além disso, em dias normais de café da manhã eles servem porção de algo do dia: Guacamole, queijo e etc.. Estávamos em 3 e para nós a porção era a mesma de uma pessoa só.. Não faz sentido né? Precisei começar a tomar café separada das pessoas que eu estava para ganhar a porção comum.. Precisma receber issso

Schöne Lage unterhalb einer Creperie. Zum Frühstück gibt's daher auch Crepes bis zum Abwinken.

Spärliches Zimmer mit viel zu kleinem Bad. Nachts sehr kalt, bei Bedarf kann eine Standheizung hinzugemietet werden.

Crêpes à volonté le matin, patio fleuri et très agréable, personnel adorable aux petits soins

We liked the filling breakfast, comfy beds and hot shower. The friendly atmosphere was so nice that we cancelled another hotel and returned here later in our trip. It was quiet at night, and they were happy to store our luggage. Would definitely recommend.

Hostel très bien avec personnel très accueillant et efficace, le petit déjeuner avec crêpes et un plus non négligeable, j'ai adoré

Contesto molto curato e "familiare". I ragazzi molto disponibili e simpatici. Ottima colazione. La camera ben arredata con fantasia, camere tematiche. Silenzioso. Spazi comuni piacevoli da vivere.
