Duschen på rummet blev till en "pool" så fort någon använde den.

Lokacija hotela čisto ob jezeru v bližini starega centra, zasebno manjše parkirišče, osebje zelo prijazno, zajtrk zelo okusen pripravljen po predhodnjem naročilu.

I liked the breakfast service, the kindness of the staff, especially the middle-aged man on the reception. The side-view of the lake from our room was great.

The internet was very slow, often non-existent. I would have appreciated courtesy room slippers for guests. Not enough sockets in our apartment. Squeaky door.

Locația adiacentă falezei, poziția vis a vis de Lacul Ohrid, aproape de port si orașul vechi, personalul extrem de amabil, mâncarea excelentă la restaurantul hotelului.

Mobilier învechit, dotari aproape de 4 stele.

Lo mejor del alojamiento, su ubicación. Han sido muy atentos. En el desayuno tienes 7 menús a elegir.

El hotel tiene carencias en tanto a la limpieza y las instalaciones, especialmente en los baños y en el spa.
