The position was perfect and room pretty clean

I didn’t like that they gave to me one room was not the one I chose on booking, it was twice smaller and without private balcony as mentioned, and the guy at reception once I arrived he told me that there is not “luxury room” because all the rooms are same to not make me notice the difference from the room I booked. But the rooms were different each other and they were having different prices as you can see on booking, above all the room I booked existed, I saw it in person and they just gave to someone else, which is okay for me if you don’t have available or u dont give to me for any type of reason but just say the truth, be honest ad above all it was correct to give to me the difference of price due to fact the one I chose was not the same price of the one they gave to me. Be careful drinks are not included in the breakfast price. And pay attention if the room they gave to you is the same you booked.

La disponibilité du personnel. La salle de bain est très spacieuse. La Literie est correcte

Un peu difficile d’accès

I booked a suite and they gave me a different. They only told me when I called to tell them I’m arriving late. I had a baby but they gave me a room in top floor of the apartment. I think the apartment has four or five floors
