Everyone was courteous, accomadating, spoke English and just an overall great experience

Convenient location, right off the highway, ample parking spaces and for those who need it, Tesla charging stations. We arrived early and they accommodated us until check in. We hung out by the pool, had lunch and just made us feel welcome from the moment we stepped in. Although you need to make reservations ahead of time, for massages, they squeezed us in and Angela was amazing! Was so relaxed the rest of the day. The staff, grounds and food were exceptional. Absolutely would recommend this hotel.

The friendly staff

The bed saw very uncomfortable and very old. The air conditioner didn’t work / cool and it made a very loud noise. The shower water pressure came and went just like the hot water.

My previous review 3 years ago was good that was why we decided to use this hotel as a stopover again. Unfortunately the experience this time was not nice so we decided never to return. We may have been offered a bad room. The shower was dangerous as the flow was very hot then cold. Spare pillows in the wardrobe were dirty without any pillowcases on them. I had to contact reception for clean pillowcases. The bed was very uncomfortable in a dark dismal room. Breakfast was fine but without any ham or cheese.
