It’s good

On the positive side, their service is good, behavior is nice, and the staff are friendly. They maintain privacy, so couples can go without issues. The food is good too, although you have to order it separately and pay extra. I only stayed during the day, not at night, so I can’t say anything about the nighttime experience. But overall, I’m satisfied and would recommend it. The room was clean, just that other guests smoking might be a problem sometimes. I’ll definitely visit again when I come back to the country.

On the negative side, if you book through apps or websites, the dollar rate shown there and what they actually charge isn’t the same. Though honestly, that’s more of an app issue they should adjust the rate according to Bangladesh. It’s not really the hotel’s fault. Food and water might feel a bit expensive, but that depends on personal preference and taste. Writing this review while sitting on the plane thanks, Crown Palace Residence!

Huge room and bathroom. Surprisingly quiet Close to airport Very clean Good quality breakfast brought to the room, although there was confusion on both mornings about my order. Probably would be better to take breakfast in the restaurant.

Exceptional hospitality and a wonderful staff. This establishment offers excellent value for money, and I would certainly recommend it to others.

The washroom facilities are in need of a modern upgrade. Improving the decor and hygiene standards should be a priority for the management.
