This hotel looks to have been newly renovated and kept in good maintenance. Rooms are comfortable and exceptionally clean. Shower works well with plenty of hot water. Location is perfect with lots of eating and drinking options within 5 minute walk. It is near a beautiful park with other shopping and sight-seeing options within 15 minute walk. Overall an excellent value for the price. Ideal for a single traveler and short stays. Very happy I stayed here after walking around the city and seeing other hotel options.

There is a lot of noise from the street, so recommend a room toward the back of the building. There is also a doorbell at the reception that rang constantly 24/7. Lots of noise from other guests who kept their doors open to socialize between rooms. The large gap below the room doors allows this noise to come into the rooms. Not much in the way of soap and shampoo, but for the price you can bring your own. Recommend that the hotel provides a small towel for the bathroom floor to avoid slipping when stepping out of the shower. At first the staff at the reception desk was very terse, but warmed up toward the end of my stay. This may be typical of Pasto locals. Recommend having some general tourist info available, such as bus routes to terminal, options to airport, day trip to Lajas, etc.
