Ibis Budget Dijon ST Apollinaire

We stayed here on an overnight stop to the Alps from the UK. After a long drive we were pleased with the ease of location from the motorway, the ample parking and friendly welcome. Even at midnight everything seemed easy! Rooms are simple and clean, we needed two for our family of 4 but very good value I felt. Breakfast cheap and easy, plenty of self service options and my child with allergies found himself not wanting for anything which was a great surprise. Look forward to staying here again on another trip.

Conveniently located, clean and comfortable, quiet. Friends loo cistern next door broke and could not be fixed while there.THe takeaway Choose and Eat option seemed a brilliant idea as not near many eating places. However we chose the Indian but it was more than half an hour late and was 3 identical watery soup like curries to pour on rice despite ordering 2 different dishes. Pretty tasteless. The starters were dried out or over cooked too. Awful meal. The reception guy was helpful in chasing the takeaway and providing water and cutlery. Breakfast in house was very nice and plentiful.

Staff was friendly and service smooth. The facilities have become a little bit worn out over time and cleanliness leaves room for improvement. It's not bad and some will argue that you get what you pay for. Yes, it is cheaper than most but swinging a broom isn't that expensive. Still will use it for a stopover on my trips.

An overnight stay for a trip to the Alps. Good welcome even though late into the night with ample parking. Breakfast was very busy and clearer signposting of the second coffee machine away from the main servery would have meant less queuing for the obvious machine. Overall a good experience.

We stayed here as a half way stop between skiing and the channel tunnel. Easy access to major roads, clean, everything you need for a quick stop over. Comfortable beds. Plenty of parking. Would definitely consider staying again.
