It was ok.

A small fridge would be nice to have in the room.

Comfortable, clean and quiet room. Met all expectations.

Traditional style of hotel, sited on the road to Aurich, but within walking distance of town centre, museums and main attractions. Compact, but very comfortable and quiet room will relatively small, but fully functional and well-provisioned, bathroom. Staff very friendly and helpful with advice and directions. There is a Greek restaurant on the premises, but this was closed for annual leave for much of August.

Distant from the railway station and requiring a taxi ride or one's own vehicle. There is a bus to the station from across the road, but this may require arranging for it to stop in advance, which requires further investigation. The driver stopped when I flagged him down, but I was admonished sternly for not having made a reservation for him to stop. Staff will call for a taxi, if needed. No lift or laundry service.

This region is rather expensive, and this is one of the cheapest venues in town. We had an amazing stay here. The staff was friendly, the room was spacious, even though slightly outdated, but very comfortable. The beds are quite soft, but I've had a good night sleep. We were quite happy with the breakfast as well. Much variety, fresh fruits and a wonderful host. I can recommend this hotel for a stay in Emden.

Second visit and as before clean tidy value for money and the excellent Kirsten is so warm and welcoming Breakfast a treat as self service in relaxing atmosphere with wide range to choose from Won't find better in the area at this price The attached Delphi restaurant offers tasty Greek food freshly cooked and is accessible direct from the hotel worth an evening visit as not too much else nearby restaurant wise and a good meal is assured

Doesn't look much from the outside, but this hotel has in many ways something of the feel of a grand hotel - wide staircases, high ceilings, cornicing etc. Had a pretty spacious room with a large two-part bathroom and small lobby spare. Very pleasant and friendly staff. Excellent breakfast in large slightly eclecticAlly-decorated dining room. On a main road but didn't seem too busy or to create much noise, but we arrived v late so maybe to be safe ask for room at back. Well priced hotel, about 10 mins walk from main railway station, in a pleasant if unremarkable town.
