Reception staff is polite,cooperative..especially Mr. Carlo (as I remember his name) The room is wide,clean.Bed, and the pillows are comfortable The breakfast buffet has wide varieties of food stuff,but strangely, they use small plastic spoons for tea, which don't tolerate hot fluid!!! with beautiful places and beautiful morning songs..

2points 1st is that there are singing parties every night or every other night on the ground floor (in the restaurant), which starts at before midnight and stays few hrs.the problem is they use very loud music and DJ which reaches upper floors!!!and disturbed my sleeping although I was in 4th floor..
