Das Personal war unglaublich aufmerksam und zuvorkommend, all unsere Wünsche wurden mit einem Lächeln erfüllt.

Das Frühstücksbuffet lässt keinen Wunsch offen.

Fantastic stay! Wellness 10/10 The hotel has 2 wellness areas, which are really big, so you have 2 pools and lots of saunas and chill areas. Therefore you dont need to be afraid that wellness will be busy, as it is really spacious. Rooftop heated pool is also great. Close to Kronplatz ski area, supermarket and pharmacy You can basically walk 5 mins to the ski lift that takes you to the top of Kronplatz. Market and pharmacy are over the street. So once you park in front of the hotel you dont have to drive anywhere else. Staff Family run hotel, and everyone is super friendly and nice. Room We booked a standard room and it was suprisingly big, so lots of space.. more than we are used to get. Food is really good, and lots to choose from at the breakfast buffet, we really did not miss anything here.

Probably the first hotel where we really can not complain about anything. We have only one recommendation which is to add a water heater in the room with some tea bags and coffee, that would fit in greatly.

Wir haben uns von der ersten Minute an sehr wohl gefühlt. Tolle Ausstattung der Zimmer, gemütlicher Speisebereich und auch zwei sehr schöne Spa Bereiche. Das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Besitzer sind auch sehr nett und sie haben uns mit Tipps und Hilfe bei einem Unfall geholfen. Vielen Dank nochmals und wir kommen gerne wieder!
