Hotel Continental

Was great location and easy to walk around the main town. Parking was tight as there seemed to be half of Germany there but we managed to get a parking spot outside the hotel. We had forgotten to pack our swimmers thinking the day would be cooler so didnt get to try the pool but it looked nice.

Hotel is quite old but very well maintained and the outside pool is fantastic! Room is spacious with pool view. Staff is very kind.

breakfast could be improved. Orange juice was in carton and syrup fruit salad.

This was a family run hotel which was exceptionally friendly, efficient and welcoming. The location was superb and all rooms faced the lake, swimming pool and gardens. We had a fantastic stay at the hotel.

Great location and a lovely hotel, rooms excellent with great view. Lovely relaxing bar area and exceptional breakfast and evening meals. All the staff were extremely friendly and so nice.

Can’t find any fault at all

Everything. The owners and staff are so kind and welcoming. The hotel is very clean and comfortable and positioned close to the lakeside. We enjoy the food, especially lunch on the terrace.

Lovely Family run hotel a-bit dated but full of charm and we had read previous reviews so we were expecting that, spotlessly clean, very nice staff and the lady on reception was very helpful, great location (less than three mins walk to the lake), nice pool area. Lovely little bar where you could sit and have a drink on the terrace. Our room on fourth floor had beautiful views of lake and surrounds. We had some trouble one night with aircon dripping and as soon as we mentioned it to housekeeper she had a maintenance man there to fix it within minutes.

The shower was very very small and husband had difficulty getting in (he's 6'3") but otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

We've stayed at this lovely, family run hotel a number of times. The staff are friendly and approachable and the hotel is well-maintained and always spotless. The food in the restaurant is very good and the hotel is very well-managed. We're looking forward to staying here again. It's in a great location and has a lovely pool.

The shower cubicles could be bigger! But that might be my problem!

Warm friendly staff. Very clean throughout. Brilliant location, just a few minutes walk to the lake, bus station and boats.

Beds are a little on the hard side. bedroom and bathroom decoration is dated.
