SYTh staff are marvelous wehther the day or night shifts . The check on and out time was quick .
I think this hotel needs to be called a bed and breafast facility . The surrounding area is dirty, and this needs to be dealt with in addition to many more things . The carpets are old everywhere . The corridors are smelly , may be because of the elevated humidity in the area . The room carpets are old and the furniture is the same . You can see the caffee reception area which is close to the hotel reception and it is not organized well which gives you a bad impression about the service. The bathroom shower set is not working well with piece of it being broken, and I didn't call the maintenance for this because I don't have time , this gives you an impression of the inadequate maintenance.
