L'hôtel en lui même et très bien ,

juste petite soucis il fait frroit dans les chambres et y a pas de chauffage donc en hiver c'est désagréable , j'aurais dû demander un chauffage ça m'aurais rien coûter mais bon voilà sinon très satisfait.

La verdad, lo único que realmente me gustó fue que estaba en pleno centro, y poco más.

Lo que menos me gustó del hotel fue que, aunque estaba en pleno centro, estaba metido en un callejón que deslucía bastante la zona y daba una sensación poco agradable al llegar. Además, me pareció un hotel sin alma, sin encanto ni personalidad. Las habitaciones también me resultaron bastante oscuras; necesitaban mucha más luminosidad para sentirse cómodas. Otra cosa que no me gustó fue el tema de los impuestos locales. Me cobraron 34 dirhams por día y persona, cuando yo viajaba solo, lo que suma bastante más de dos euros. Además, no me dieron ninguna facilidad para pagarlo con tarjeta: esos impuestos solo se podían pagar en efectivo, lo cual me resultó incómodo y poco práctico.

It was amazing to stay in this hotel. I booked the 'Sweety Suite' room for 8 nights. The single queen bed gave me all the comforts. The room was spacious too with an attached balcony and the bigger curtains. The cozy corner with 2 sofa and a computer table were also great. The washroom was clean. The staffs (specially in the reception) were friendly.

There was a freezer in the room, but it was not working. The hotel is in a good location but far from the main road. So if anyone requires a Taxi, one has to walk a long way or wait. The hotel needs to have a list of the Taxis with reliable and trustworthy taxi drivers for the hotel guests in their needs. Lastly, the huge problem was the language barrier, but it was somehow managed.

Accueil très chaleureux et personnel à la hauteur de nos attentes. Hôtel proche de toutes commodités. Je recommande vivement 🇩🇿❤️🇲🇦
