"First and last time"

Not noisy

-Payment by card was not possible (not working) and I arrived at night from the airport still no MAD currency with me. They kept my personal ID and had to go in the morning to the ATM to withdraw cash and pay the fee to claim my personal ID. It was an inconvenience. The guy at the reception has no hospitality management skills. Not welcoming, no explanation no information about the WLAN passcode. Everything you have to ask about it yourself and you get a short answer.

So I arrived late and was told my room was no longer available and there was only a suit witch was 89€ a big defence from 60€ when you only have cards to pay then get told its only cash and have to go look for cash machine at 23.45pm . So know I would not say there agen and was very disappointed 😔
