"Horrible had to go in the rain to look for food"

The staff DEAR LORD!! I came with my partner from Lusaka booked it online in advance planned holiday and it was horrible. Personally with your staff so rude. Never letting anyone I work with stay there😕🥲💔

"It was good overall despite a the disadvantages above ."

The location and the food.

Please put proper duvets in the rooms , those brown blankets are really a turn off. We chose a pool view room but all we could see was a tree. Please add a vanity case in the bathroom .

Its a comfortable hotel. Very clean and the staff were awesome.

Not that its a big problem, but the bar and restaurant could feel way better and comfortable if it was isolated from the main reception area as the hotel tends to have a lot of traffic, especially that it was a weekend for us.
