Quite aged, not very clean, saw a 3-inch creepy crawler running around, bed sheets yellow/brown rather than white. I booked the deluxe double room which supposedly has a/c and a lock box, but didn't have either. They said it's Booking.com's problem not theirs. Eventually gave me a superior room which had a/c. Still no lock box and still not very clean or comfortable.
MYMYThe property is basic, simple but very convenient for the trip. The staff was very helpful. I wld come again. Tq

They close their restaurant for the entire month of March (Ramadan). I think they should have warned of of this at the time of booking (we wouldn't have!) Fortunately Toby's place up above, "the Terrace View" had a cafe and we took most of our meals there (I would have liked to have stayed there too!). Special thanks to Marcia for her delectable cinnamon buns.

HKGood location at the foot of Mt Kinabalu. Wifi worked. Easy parking
Restaurant closed on our arrival at 7PM. No food options nearby. Poor maintenance state of room with broken bathroom window handle making closing it to keep out bugs impossible. Poor mattress.
