O hotel é muito bem localizado, a equipe muito atenciosa, nos deram dicas de onde ir, um espaço para trabalhar, sempre muito gentis. Hospedagem nota 10!

A água do chuveiro não esquenta. Fui na recepção pedir uma ajuda sobre isso, e o atendente informou que estava tudo ok, que era para ligar o chuveiro e deixar aberto durante uns 6 minutos que esquentaria. Porém não esquentou. Estamos falando da cidade de Lages em uma época de frio! Foi muito ruim a experiência. A única sorte foi que passamos apenas uma noite no local.

Localização ótima, ao lado de supermercado, farmácia, padarias, várias comodidades. Cama e cobertas maravilhosas, quarto super espaçoso. Café da manhã maravilhoso. Enfim, achei o custo beneficio muito bom, se precisar ir pra Lages novamente, voltaria lá de certeza.
