How close to the airport and the size of the room.

The tv only got 3 channels and we only could watch one channel the whole time. When it was brought to staff attention, they did nothing to fit it. They only provided one towel when they know two guest were staying. The lady who checked us in did charged us the wrong price. I showed her the reservation and she charged my husband for two days when we were booked for 3 days and my husband had to go back out and fix it.

Room too small

When I got to the reception, I was told the prices their rooms go for are way more than what booking.com quoted on its website. They verbally rejected the reservation price I made on booking.com. Meanwhile, I got a confirmation email sent to me from booking.com. You can imagine how I felt having travelled all the way to Nigeria and getting to the hotel you booked and being turned away with all of my baggage. No chair was offered for me to sit on. I sat on the stairs for a long time and had to keep going to meet the people at their reception, asking what was going on. I plan to send a detailed email to booking.com

1. My room was upgraded from Executive to Executive Royal. 2. Room and Bathroom had everything for my utmost comfort, including fast Internet, tea, complimentary drinking water, sofa. 3. The foods served were delicious 4. The Staff were friendly and helpful.

1. Consider using dockets to calculate bills to avoid over-charging Customers for things bought. 2. Improve on delivery time for food. Was told 30 mins wait time, but had to wait for 1hr 26mins for the food I ordered. 3. Replace A/Cs with the more modern split unit types. 4. Work on the water-soaked walls in Rm.205 to prevent mould formation.
