Personal war sehr nett. Kleiner Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Klimaanlage. Schönes Restaurant im Haus. Parkplatz in der Garage allerdings mit 20 Euro pro Tag recht teuer. Frühstück für italienische Verhältnisse gut.

Zimmer mit Seeblick gebucht, kein See zu sehen. (1. Etage) Balkon auf Grund des Straßenlärms nicht nutzbar. Klima und Kühlschrank funktionieren nur bei eingesteckter Hotelkarte. Kommt man abends zurück, steht die Hitze im Zimmer. Wir waren 3 Tage da.

It was lovely to have a balcony to sit over looking lake Como. The hotel was situated in a good location and able to walk to all the amenities. The staff were very welcoming, and a bonus was to get a coffee any time of day from the coffee machine in the reception.

There was no lift, but we did get help to take our cases to our room, which lucky for us, was on the 1st floor
