Le Fayan Nile Cruise - Mondays from Aswan & Thursdays from Luxor

Virtually nothing. All the other “cheaper” boats seem to be way nicer. This wasn’t worth the money, at all. The staff were excellent! They really kill it, but everything else was terrible.

Over priced tenfold. Other passengers paid half what we did through an agent (with their tours included). Everything was an additional fee. The day before, they sprung on us that tours were an extra $300. AC was broken, WiFi doesn’t work, hot tub broken, food quality wasn’t great.

The cabin and suite very comfortable, attractive and clean. The pool deck beautiful. The food is very good and the staff are nice. Tours well organized and tour guides were professional, knowledgeable.

Little entertainment on board. Receiving a flyer with daily events would be good. A bottle of water for every tour was not provided.

Service from staff on the ship and from organizing tours was awesome! Staff get a 4.5/5.0. Tour organization was fantastic. We were able to see all the places with sufficient time and they assisted us with other smaller options that we requested last minute. WiFi on the ship wasn't the best so they arranged for a mobile device for us - which we appreciated.

Bathrooms in the suite were terrible. Shower didn't drain and flooded the bathroom; there were bugs constantly and a terrible smell. No exhaust which led to musty odour and constantly being hot. The food was okay; nothing to brag about. We opted for this b/c it was one of the only cruises available for a last minute booking. WiFi on the ship sucks. Bed was uncomfortable.

set meal( chosen night before was so rushed) , it was very unprofessional ! They waiters were actually taking plates away whilst you were still eating food from them and plonking next course down on the table whether you where ready or not !!, It was so bad it was actually funny ! ( wondered if staff where affected by Ramadan ?, were the chef’s thinking this was acceptable behaviour ?! ). but when it happened a second night , same rushed process , forcing main course when not finished starter , it was annoyingly and spoilt the otherwise perfect service provided by all staff.

This cruise was exactly what we were looking for. The staff were extremely helpful. We enjoyed their beautiful sundeck, and the boat was clean and updated. The food was always tasty and the choices plentiful.
